Moulded Range
High grade, moulded ProfilonĀ® handles surround blades of identical quality to the Riveted ranges. The handles can be sterilised so suitable for food processing areas and abattoirs. It is non-slip so ideal for wet environments such as fish processing.
Riveted Range - Fully Forged
Fully Forged knives traditionally crafted from one piece of high grade stainless steel, producing perfectly balanced and long lasting knives. The extra weight gives exceptional results when preparing hard root vegetables or for precise tasks.
Riveted Range - Stamped
Of lighter weight but equal quality to forged knives. Knives are stamped out under enormous pressure and then undergo the same processes as the forged range, creating knives that have the same properties of the forged range but do not require the extra weight.
